Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before the order is confirmed. Images are for illustrative purposes only: minor variations in finish or colour do not constitute a defect. Promotional offers are valid within the stated time limits and quantities.
The order is concluded upon payment. On receipt of payment, Cruel sends a confirmation e-mail with the order summary. Cruel may refuse or cancel an order if the product becomes unavailable, in the event of an obvious pricing error or if payment is not authorised: in such cases any amount collected is refunded in full.
Payments are made online by card through Stripe, using encrypted connections. Cruel never has access to your full card details.
Delivery times, costs and shipping methods are described on the Shipping and returns page. Above the threshold indicated on the website, shipping is free.
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, by notifying info@cruelcomponents.com. The product must be returned intact, unmounted and in its original packaging within 14 days of the notice; return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. The refund, including standard shipping costs, is issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, to the same payment method. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products.
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months (Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to have conformity restored (repair or replacement) or, where provided for, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use.
Cruel components are intended for the cycling use for which they are designed. Installation must be carried out in a workmanlike manner, by qualified personnel where necessary, observing the specified tightening torques.
Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile. For the out-of-court resolution of disputes, consumers may refer to the ADR bodies referred to in Articles 141 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (the list is published by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy).
