Shipping within Italy

We ship throughout Italy by express courier GLS. Shipping costs 10,00 € (15,00 € for Sicily and Sardinia) and is free on orders over €100,00 (VAT included). Orders are handed to the courier within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation; delivery normally takes 24-48 hours. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships.

International shipping

We ship abroad by express courier UPS, with delivery normally within 48-72 hours. Contact us for costs and delivery times to your country.

For other countries, contact us at info@cruelcomponents.com: we will prepare a dedicated quote (for non-EU countries, customs charges apply and are handled case by case with the customer).

Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason required. How to proceed:

1. Write to us at info@cruelcomponents.com quoting your order number.
2. Send the product back intact, not fitted and in its original packaging, within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
3. Once the return is received and checked, we refund the amount paid (standard shipping included) within 14 days, to the same payment method.

Faulty or wrong product

If you receive a faulty product or one different from what you ordered, contact us right away: return costs are on us and we will replace it or refund you. All products are covered by the 24-month statutory warranty of conformity.
