The new Cruel Gravel chainrings compatible with SRAM drivetrains come from a project entirely dedicated to the gravel world, where drivetrain efficiency, reliability and precision become essential on any terrain. Made exclusively from 7075-T6 Ergal, the finest aluminium alloy used in the racing sector, they are fully machined from solid billet using high-precision CNC machining. Every production step is carried out to extremely tight tolerances to deliver a chainring capable of high performance, long life and uncompromising looks. Before going into production, every detail was developed, optimised and validated through a long process of design and field testing. The result is a chainring built to guarantee a smooth, quiet and precise drivetrain even in the most demanding conditions, from fast routes to the most technical gravel tracks. The special Cruel Narrow-Wide tooth profile ensures extremely high chain retention, minimising the risk of dropping the chain even under the most intense loads. Every tooth profile has been designed to maximise pedalling efficiency and transfer every watt straight to the wheel. Like every Cruel component, the Gravel line also stands out for its obsessive attention to detail: CNC engravings, top-level finishes, meticulous machining in every detail and class-leading weight make this chainring the perfect balance of technology, design and performance. To complete the production process, all chainrings undergo anodising, which increases surface hardness, improves wear resistance and preserves their aesthetic and functional qualities over time. To complete the range, Cruel introduces the Racing Line, identified by the exclusive Purple colour.
