Our pulleys, fully CNC-machined from the finest aluminium alloy on the market, are developed to deliver the very best in performance and durability. The aerospace-grade 7075 T6 aluminium body is machined from solid billet using the most advanced precision engineering techniques and, after careful evaluation and a series of computer simulations run with the best mechanical analysis software, our team decided to make a number of significant upgrades: - The strictly narrow-wide tooth profile delivers smoother chain running. - Double-shielded bearings made in Japan guarantee maximum reliability and precision. - Differentiated side caps in 7075 T6 aluminium provide greater protection against the elements. All of this gives the chain, and consequently the derailleur, remarkable precision and smooth running. The design of our pulleys is the result of careful study, aimed at improving their efficiency and durability even in the most extreme conditions, greatly reducing the build-up of mud, grass or debris and guaranteeing a smoother drivetrain and consistent performance even on the most difficult terrain. All our products undergo a chemical surface treatment that increases resistance to wear and weathering, ensuring a longer service life.
