Purchase data (name, e-mail, phone, shipping address, products ordered): order management, shipping, invoicing, support and warranty — legal basis: performance of the contract. Data are processed through suppliers appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Vercel Blob (images), Stripe (payments), Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC — transactional e-mail delivery), as well as the courier in charge of delivery. Data are neither sold nor transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Order and invoicing data: 10 years (civil and tax obligations). Account: until deletion is requested by the user. Messages: up to 24 months. Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn.
Some suppliers may also process data in countries outside the EU: in such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
